      Required: 10 years of IT experience; 2 years of Lawson Environment and ERP Applications technical experience; 3 years of application support in a UNIX operating system environment. Demonstrable analytics experience; Demonstrable project management experience; Demonstrable team player experience. Able to support 24/7 operation. Preferred experience: Background in working with HR and Payroll business needs - Lawson HR Payroll Suite or Lawson ERP; Lawson LSF 9; Lawson ProcessFlow Z/OS Mainframe experience. Requires Bachelor's degree with nine semester hours in computer programming and two years of progressive experience in computer programming; or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or a related curriculum and one year of progressive experience in computer programming; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. A degree directly related to the technical nature of the application(s) assigned may be substituted for up to six months of the experience requirement.

  • ISD PATIENT/CLINICAL SYS
    • Full-time, Days, 40hrs/week
      Clinical background and Computerized Provider Order Entry experience desired. Experience with CVE/POE Starter Set a plus for this position. Successful candidates will have technical experience with applications management including implementation, interfaces, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance. Works with a variety of vendor-supplied clinical computer applications including specialty applications and clinical documentation for nurses and other healthcare team members. Require that candidates have excellent communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with diverse departmental and user groups and needs. Strongly prefer project management experience. Healthcare experience is a plus.

  • HELP DESK
    • Full-time, Days, , 40hrs/week
      Serves as the initial contact for all incoming calls for the Information Services Division through the ISD Help Desk by providing problem determination and resolutions. Support includes PCs, Laptops, Thin Clients, Printers and PC Software, which includes Windows, MS Office, DB2, MS Outlook Email and other Hospital Applications. Provides support of in-house mainframe applications including SMS (Siemens Shared Medical Systems), CICSPROD, and CIS (on-line medical record system), and includes password resets on most hospital systems. Provides support and problem resolution for client server applications and network connections. Administration of accounts in Active Directory and Exchange, experience troubleshooting in a Citrix environment, use of remote control tools and Health Care experience is a major plus. Applicant should be available to work day or night, weekend, and holidays based on business requirements.
