    Seeking an employee with healthcare budgeting experience. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional and a self-started, able to perform their duties independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and posses the ability to engage staffing at all levels of the managerial hierarch (from unit supervisors to VP levels) and act as a liaison to communicate desired outcomes. An in-depth understanding of the patient revenue process (patient days, statistical measures, charge structure, etc), in addition to familiarity with the service lines correlating expense budget components are a must. The ability to collect and model forecasts to ultimately present profitability analysis to executive management is another key responsibility that must be performed primarily full-charge by the successful candidate.
