TOTAL COMPENSATION ANALYST - 4322

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and at least three years of professional experience in Compensation/Benefits, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Also required is knowledge of computer programs compatible with Windows™ operating system, and other HR database software.

  • HUMAN RESOURCE SERVICES
    • Full-time, Days, 8:00am-5:00pm, 40hrs/week
      Position requires the participation in the design, development, and administration of Health Care System-wide total compensation programs and will provide consultative services, education and training on a variety of compensation, employee benefit and job classification related issues. The incumbent will perform job analysis to determine proper classification, provide support to benefit related programs, consult with managers and employees, and conduct as well as participate in market surveys to maintain organizational benchmark job pricing and other total compensation program components. The position requires a Bachelors degree in a related field, and at least three years of professional experience in compensation/benefits, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Also required is knowledge of computer programs compatible with Windows operating system, and other HR database software.
