COMMERCIAL CASHIER - 5080

Requires High School diploma or GED, or completion of the eighth grade and two years of experience as a cashier, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

SKILLS REQUIRED: CUSTOMER SERVICE, CASH HANDLING, COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE

  • NFS RETAIL SERVICES

    Applicants may be requested to complete a pre-employment screening survey as part of the application process. --- High school diploma encouraged; ability to read, write and speak English; some math skills and basic computer knowledge required.

    • Various Shifts Available
      Previous retail cashier experience required. Experience in a fast-food or similar setting preferred. Must be able to exhibit courtesy, tact and reasonable speed in performance of duties. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English, follow written and verbal instructions and complete high school level computational skills. Basic knowledge of computer usage required.

COOK - 5002

Requires high school diploma or GED and one year of experience in the cooking of food in quantity lots; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

SKILLS REQUIRED: CUSTOMER SERVICE, FOOD PREPARATION

  • NFS PRODUCTION SERVICES
    • Part-time, Rotating, , 20hrs/week
      Responsibilities for the cook position include: Cook food, including pastries, desserts, and soups, according to recipes. Complete basic mathematical calculations to alter quantities as needed. Prepare food, including meats, vegetables, salads, desserts, and soups for regular, modified, and calculated diets using weighing and measuring techniques. Prepare complete meals and special events food. Arrange food in an appealing manner. Operate and clean all production utensils and equipment. Maintain cooking area in a sanitary, neat and orderly manner. Ensure quality of foods. Assist in testing and standardizing recipes; maintain proper temperatures for food. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English and follow written and verbal instructions. Individuals with hospital or nursing home experience encouraged to apply.

DIETETIC ASSISTANT - 5003

Requires high school diploma or GED and one year of experience involving general food service with special emphasis on hospital clinical dietetics, or closely related hospital experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

SKILLS REQUIRED: CUSTOMER SERVICE, FOOD PREPARATION, COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE

  • NFS PATIENT SERVICES
    • Various Shifts Available; Rotating Weekends, 40hrs/week
      High School diploma encouraged. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English, follow written and verbal instructions and posses math skills along with basic knowledge of computer usage. Job responsibilities include: Assists with tray preparation and/or delivery and works to ensure patient tray accuracy, adherence to special diets and customer service. Transfers food in kitchen and on patient trays in a timely manner and using proper protocol (wears hair restraint, gloves and properly covers food to prevent contamination. Cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas, including dish room. Delivers food trays or nourishments to patient’s rooms or nursing units. Assists with removal of dirty trays from nursing units. Assists with early and late tray food deliveries in a timely manner.

DISHWASHER - 5001

Requires one year of experience in general kitchen cleaning functions, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • NFS PRODUCTION SERVICES
    • Full-time, Rotating, 40hrs/week
      Display and communicate excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, be task oriented, and be available for work outside normally scheduled hours, willingness to learn.

FOOD SERVICE ASSISTANT - 5000

Requires high school diploma or (GED) or the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; ability to write simple correspondence.

SKILLS REQUIRED: CUSTOMER SERVICE

    • Full-time, Rotating, Rotating Weekends and Holidays, 40hrs/week, Various Shifts Available

  • NFS RETAIL SERVICES
