    The Trauma Outreach Coordinator works to improve trauma care within the region by providing educational programs to health care professionals within the hospital and pre-hospital setting. Three to five years of clinical experience in critical care or emergency nursing required with evidence of advanced training in trauma; experience in program development, teaching, performance, improvement initiatives, public speaking and research is preferred; Current certifications much include BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC preferred; must obtain ACLS-1 and TNCC-1 within one year of employment.
